At Mazen Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
